Terms of Use

NoHatHacker tools are offensive security instruments. Running them against any system, network, or account that you do not own or do not have explicit written authorisation to test is illegal in virtually every jurisdiction — including under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (US), the Computer Misuse Act (UK), the NIS2 Directive (EU), and equivalent national legislation. Ignorance of the law is not a defence. Purchasing a licence does not grant permission to attack anything.
01 — Who May Use These Tools
NoHatHacker tools are sold exclusively for authorised penetration testing, red-team engagements, and security research. Lawful use requires at least one of the following:
- You own the target systems outright.
- You hold a current, signed, written authorisation from the owner of the target systems — a scope-of-work agreement, a rules-of-engagement document, or an equivalent instrument — that explicitly permits offensive security testing.
- The activity takes place entirely within an isolated lab environment that you control and that has no connection to production systems or third-party networks.
If none of the above applies, put the tool down. Using it anyway is a criminal offence — not a terms-of-service violation.
02 — The Licence, The Tool, and the Permit
The relationship between Adamantware OU, the tool, and the user is deliberately analogous to that between a firearm manufacturer, the weapon, and its operator:

Licence key — unique, non-transferable, tied to your account; every tool invocation is signed with it.
Manufacturer

Adamantware OU — builds the instrument, maintains it, is responsible for its design. That responsibility ends at the point of sale.
Carry permit

Written authorisation from the system owner — the document that legally entitles you to operate the tool against a specific target. You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining this document before any engagement.
Misuse of the weapon

Unauthorised scanning, exploitation, data exfiltration, or any offensive action against systems you have no right to test — criminal liability attaches to the operator, not the manufacturer.
A gun manufacturer is not liable for a shooting committed with their product. Adamantware OU is not liable for criminal or civil harm caused by a NoHatHacker tool deployed without proper authorisation. The licence identifies the instrument and its registered holder. Misuse by that holder is their problem, legally and morally.
03 — Permitted Uses
- Penetration tests conducted under a signed scope-of-work agreement with the target organisation.
- Red-team and adversary simulation exercises authorised in writing by the client.
- Internal security assessments of systems and networks you own or manage.
- CTF competitions and sanctioned security research in explicitly designated environments.
- Security training on lab infrastructure you control.
04 — Prohibited Uses
- Any offensive action against systems, networks, accounts, or services you do not own and for which you do not hold written authorisation.
- Reconnaissance, enumeration, exploitation, or data collection targeting third parties without consent.
- Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing a NoHatHacker tool or your licence key to any third party.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the tools beyond what applicable law explicitly permits.
- Using the tools to facilitate, assist, or conceal criminal activity of any kind.
- Running the tools from cloud or hosting infrastructure in ways that violate the acceptable-use policies of that provider.
05 — Licence Conditions
Your licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the seat count of your plan. Specifically:
- A Solo licence authorises use on a single operator's machines.
- A Team licence authorises use by up to three named operators within the same legal entity.
- Licences may not be shared across organisations, freelance clients, or sub-contractors without purchasing additional seats.
- Adamantware OU reserves the right to revoke a licence immediately and without refund if it determines the licence is being used in violation of these terms or applicable law.
06 — No Warranty
The tools are provided "as is". Adamantware OU makes no warranty, express or implied, that any tool will detect all vulnerabilities, produce complete results, or be free of defects. Penetration testing is an inherently imprecise discipline; results should be verified and must not be the sole basis for certifying a system secure.
07 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adamantware OU shall not be liable for:
- Any damage, loss, or legal consequence arising from use of the tools against systems you are not authorised to test.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm resulting from tool use.
In no event shall Adamantware OU's total liability to you exceed the amount paid for your licence in the twelve months preceding the claim.
08 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adamantware OU and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damages, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the tools, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
In plain language: if you use the tools illegally and someone sues us or a regulator comes after us because of what you did, you are picking up that bill — not us.
09 — Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer in an EU member state, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
10 — Changes to These Terms
Adamantware OU may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email to active licence holders at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the tools after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised terms, you may cancel your subscription for a pro-rata refund of any unused period.
